{Sugar Bee} Cross Chocolate Covered Oreos
These chocolate covered Oreos with crosses are the perfect addition to the Easter dessert table as they focus on the resurrection of Christ. Why not celebrate today with a sweet treat that honors this special day?! Happy Easter!
{Sugar Bee} He is Risen Easter Cookie Collection
Today is a day full of celebration, family, friends, and food! I know that many kids will be hunting for eggs and getting a basket full of goodies from the Easter bunny. But I know many will also be going to church this morning to celebrate the resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ. So in honor of this special day for my fellow Christians, I wanted to offer a set of cookies that came with the option of highlighting the religious aspect of Easter. My "He is Risen" cookie collection is a combination of my "Hoppy Easter" cookie collection, but with the addition of the floral cross with a wood grain pattern. This set is really a beautiful way to celebrate such a special day. Happy Easter!

{Sugar Bee} Succulent Chocolate Covered Oreos
Succulents are not only a super popular plant used to decorate homes and gardens, but they are also all the rage to decorate desserts! So why not create little succulent sweet treats for Easter?! These little cuties add the perfect touch to a dessert table or tablescape. They can be placed all together in a chocolate covered Oreo succulent garden or spread across the table to add a little bit of greenery throughout.
Easter tables and baskets will look absolutely adorable with these pretty succulents, but the best part is that they can work for any occasion throughout the year and make the best edible decorations, gifts and party favors!
I am definitely a "succa" for these chocolate covered Oreos!

{Sugar Bee} Hoppy Easter Sugar Cookie Collection
This year for Easter, I wanted to create a collection of cookies that would be festive but also very pretty with lots of floral details. So I came up with my Hoppy Easter Sugar Cookie Collection.
The set uses Easter's traditional imagery of bunnies and eggs as the main theme, but slightly modernized with geometric patterns and beautiful floral details. The bright pastel color palette along with the floral decorations really create that feeling of Spring. These cookies would not only make great gifts, but would look beautiful on a tablescape or dessert table. This collection will certainly have guest having a "hoppy Easter"!

{Sugar Bee} Easter PYO Sugar Cookies
Easter is a time when families get together, enjoy each other's company, celebrate the holiday, and eat! So this year I decided that while families are together, it would be nice for them to have a little activity for the kids to do that would not only keep them busy and having fun, but also provide a treat for them in the end.
My paint-your-own (PYO) sugar cookies are the perfect combination of activity and treat! The best part is that it is so easy to do! All that the kids need to do is just activate the colors on the color palette with a little bit of water and paint in between the lines. In the end, kids will have a beautiful masterpiece that they get to eat! Just don't forget to take a picture of the kids with their creations before they eat them up!

{Sugar Bee} Little Baby Bum Cookies for Addison's 1st Birthday
A sweet baby girl is celebrating her first birthday today and I was delighted to be able to create cookies for her special day. When I was asked to make cookies for a Little Baby Bum themed party, I must admit, I had no idea what that was. Now that my kids are older, I am missing out on all the new cute baby shows. Thankfully, my customer knew what she wanted (and the internet also helped)!
In case you haven't heard of the show, Little Baby Bum, it is a Netflix series that features nursery rhymes, and the star of the show.....well, is the star! So it was pretty easy to come up with the designs for the set. I created the star character as the main design, but I also wanted to incorporate some personalization, therefore I added a number one cookie that was patterned with gold stars and appears to be sitting on a cloud and added the birthday girl's name on it. Though it is a small set, it turned out to be a very cute set!
I hope these cookies put a smile on the birthday girl's face and a twinkle in her eye! Happy first Addison!

{Sugar Bee} 1st Birthday Cookies for a little Mouseketeer
Hot diggity dog, a sweet little boy is going to be celebrating his first birthday with a special mouse today! It was such a delight to be able to create some festive, fun, and delicious treats for him and his family and friends to enjoy at his party.
When I was designing the cookies, I knew I wanted to use the classic red, black, yellow, and white color palette. But instead of doing characters, I decided to let the colors and the sprinkles do the work of referencing the special mouse.
Narrowing down my ideas was definitely difficult, because it is such a fun theme and everything looks adorable in this color palette. So as I was brainstorming, I thought of traditional party elements, especially for a 1st birthday. The first thing that came to mind was a party hat! So I chose a cute little birthday party hat and I adorned it with a sprinkle mix I created that featured the little mouse head that the birthday boy loves.
After the party hat, I knew I wanted to include a balloon, because what party is complete without balloons?! But this balloon would have a number one and coordinating sprinkles to keep with the theme.
I couldn't leave out a number one cookie! After all, it is the first milestone for the birthday boy! But this one would be dressed similarly to that special mouse and I added the word "one" to really emphasize that special number that everyone is celebrating.
I knew that the mouse head would be important to include in the set, so because it is the most iconic shape, I decided to personalize the cookie with the birthday boy's name.
I absolutely love how fun and cheerful this set turned out! I hope that the birthday boy and his family enjoy their cookies as much as I enjoyed created them. Happy birthday to the little mouseketeer, I hope you have the most special day celebrating such a momentous occasion!
