{Sugar Bee} Hole in One Cookies for Sweet Cooper's 1st Birthday

A beautiful little girl is turning a year old and to help with the festivities I made some cookies to celebrate her "Hole in One" golf themed birthday!

Though sweet Cooper is unable to have a full-blown birthday bash at this time due to the pandemic that is currently affecting the world, she will still be celebrating her special day with a small PAR-TEE surrounded by her loving family! I am so honored that Cooper's mama asked me to make cookies for her big day and I had so much fun creating this set!

It was so difficult narrowing down the designs, but ultimately I came up with the perfect set for a baby girl's golf themed birthday party!

The color palette was chosen by Cooper's mama; she wanted to to have light pink and dark pink as her main colors since this celebration is for a sweet and sassy baby girl, but it also included green and white because they are traditional golf colors .
The first cookie I designed was a plaque cookie that is patterned with clouds and the word "ONE" is featured in the middle, but instead of an "O" I used a golf ball. Though blue wasn't a color that Cooper's mama was using in her decorations, I figured that it would help break up the colors and the blue sky is one of the amazing sights one gets to see while golfing!
When I think of golf, I usually think of golf clubs and argyle. So I thought to myself why not decorate an argyle patterned cookie with golf clubs....and that is exactly what I did! I LOVE how this cookie turned out!
I love making number cookies to emphasize the age of the birthday boy or girl. So I thought it was important that I create a Number One cookie for Cooper. This cookie is decorated with a golf pattern for the number and features the word one and accented with a pink flag.
As I was thinking of fun things associated with golf, I thought that golf carts are super fun! But for Cooper, I decided that I would make a cute pink golf cart cookie that would also allow me to personalize the cart with her name.
Cooper's mama wanted a cookie that would be a simple golf ball with the birthday girl's name, so of course I did that, but just a little bit more! I found a great cutter that not only had the golf ball, but also a tee on the green! Titleist has nothing on a Cooper golf ball!
The last design came about because I just love cake cookies, and this cutter is just so cute and perfect for a girl's birthday! This single tier cake on a cake stand is patterned with a golf ball pattern, adorned with sprinkles, and topped with a banner that says "Cooper". What is not to love?!
This entire set just gives me all the feels and I just can't get enough of it!

Happy 1st birthday Cooper! Enjoy this momentous milestone day, surrounded by your adoring family and may it be filled with sunshine, smiles, laughter, and love....and lots of sweet treats!

{Sugar Bee} Hoppy Easter Sugar Cookies for a Very Happy Easter!

This year I wanted to create a collection that was filled with the cuddliest of characters, the Easter Bunny! With the pandemic causing families to stay home this Easter, resulting in a change of many traditions and activities, I am hoping that these "Hoppy Easter" sets will bring many smiles to my customers and their children this holiday and perhaps may bring a little bit of normalcy during such an unusual time.

This year I created three options for my customers to choose from. The first option is one of my favorites, and was one of my most popular! The "HOP" set of 3 cookies spells out the word "hop", but instead of the letter "o", there is a cute bunny face in its place.

The second option is my "Funny Bunny" set of 2 cookies. It also consists of  an adorable bunny, but it combines the traditional decorated egg and Easter Bunny. This set also allowed my customers to personalize the egg with a name or they could have it say "Happy Easter".

The last option is my "Chocolate Bunny" cookie. It isn't actually chocolate, but is meant to look like the traditional chocolate bunnies that you see in the stores this time of year.  This option appears to be a single cookie, but there is a little bit of a surprise! The "Chocolate" Bunny is wearing a pretty pink bow, but the bow is actually another mini cookie!

I just love how all of these turned out and I especially love the pretty Spring colors!
